Poor version of Microsoft Word; I switched back to NotaBene software to get precise word processing, easy font use, view and edits of coding.

I’m very comfortable with Microsoft Office because I used various editions for years.

Tried Geeksquad but they would of had to charge me because it was software related. New laptop new software it should have been easy. After spending an hour on the phone with Microsoft finally got the program to install.
