Quick and easy online purchase and it was available the same day for pickup at my local Best Buy Store. Awesome customer service and convenient store location.

Has the core software apps which makes sense but definitely wish Project was available. So far contains all of the features I use so no complaints with Word, Excel, Outlook and OneNote.

The software makes life easy and buying this from best buy makes the installation process so easy.

I don't want to waste money on something I will need more that just a year.

I am an end user with very little understanding on the tech side, & I mean just downloading and managing my laptop. I cannot offer much help or info on the apps.
