I wish it was like back in the day when this software came preinstalled and ready to go on new computers. Best Buy runs promotions from time to time when you purchase a computer.

Have owned for one month and so far all software works as advertised. Auto-renew seemed the way to go. Download came as an e mail. Lots of pages to go through but it went fast. Different from my last office but seems to have everything as before - some looks a little different or you get to it differently but the end result is still good.

The Microsoft 365 gives you access to a great many office and personal use items that make it worthwhile to purchase. The best move is a BestBuy move. Make the purchase and let them install it when you make your purchase. Cut the red tape and be ready to use the laptop when it arrives. Easy is better than the hard way.

Its extra size is very useful to me as I have slightly larger hands. The only thing it doesn't have that I wish it did, is a backlit keyboard. I didn't know how much I relied on that with my former laptop until I started using this one. I can't imagine why HP didn't add that feature. Other than that, wonderful item!

I personally recommend buying this when you get your laptop. Microsoft word wants to charge you 90 dollars annually for the subscription. But if you buy it separately it’s 60. I love how they try to tell you. Of you get it for a year free with the computer. Well you better cancel it once the subscription is over else 90 … dumb
