It was only for 9 months that it worked,so, it feels like a waste

Office 365 offers a nice solution to full office needs done in an annually licensed way. Purchase for a family of computers is very reasonable.

This product cake as advertised. Even though I had to order it, it came sooner then expected and was better then expected. Would definitely recommend this.

Always loved Microsoft office but but having to pay so much every year is expensive...didn't renew it this year...I likes the old way of just buying it one time...smh

I purchased a MacBook air online and this item was suggested with my purchase along with a 30.00 discount. It was a great buy and arrived within 2 days. Great use for college.

I already was using Office 2016 and with assistance from a tech via phone who assisted me in installation and activation, I am now using 365 and it works as it should.

Great subscription and easy to use. Highly suggest this if you are on the fence.

The product is good. The journey to get the product was god awful. Timing of the delivery kept changing and when it arrived there was no power cord for the laptop. Hours on the phone yielded a little money back but going to the best buy on macarthur road in allentown finally got me a power cord. No manual but what can you do. The woman who helped me that sunday morning was fabulous. is this a review for microsoft 365 ? computer should come with anti-virus as well.

The Microsoft 365 Personal edition was not activated by the store and I was not given a code to activate it. I used a five-day temporary Microsoft pass. Now I no longer have access to my Microsoft. I live 125 miles from the store and cannot easily go back to get this updated. I wish Microsoft would go back to a single version with a choice to pay for or not pay for updates to the software.

this is my first time using the web-based subscription service. I'e always owned the old style of download version. This one works great. Its pretty easy to use.

I installed the product the night I got it but it wasn’t available to use until the next day. Other than that, this Microsoft system is easy to use and super fast.

The software came free (for 1 year) with purchase of a computer. After the year is up, I probabaly will not renew since there are other free options out there such as OpenOffice.

Office 365 is a great product to have it offers everything you might need. This was put on my sons laptop and he uses the options available almost daily.

It's office, what more can be said except I miss the days that you would buy a piece of software and you could use it for life. Now your only renting the thing. If I didn't get it free with my laptop purchase I would probably not have bought it.

This is a great program for anyone who likes to set up and work in spread sheets. Also very easy to use for all your typical word processing.

I purchased the Office 365 for my 12th grader, along with her laptop. The product has worked for her tremendously, without any hassles. Setup was very simple. No problems as of today.

The seller put informations that I simply couldnt acess the product and had to buy another one here in Brazil. He also made me became a member comoulsory .

Good product but only if you get a deal. Otherwise use free stuff. Not worth money for one year. It took forever for non professional to download from Best Buy.
