I am confused by this product and unable to figure it out and why I was told to buy it. I long for something clear and simple with which to write. I try to follow the directions but am unable to understand them. I can and do write books, but this is beyond my ken.

I am very disappointed. The computer runs great but keyboard is too small. InrealiE now that the pictures never showed the keyboard.

The laptop came installed with the Microsoft 365. I was so confused as to why they recommended me to buy it if it was already on the laptop.
