Doesnt work very well on my tablet. Very disappointed.

MS is standard and in general, I like it. I don't like how xls, word, open in Office 365 with a screenful of template choices. I'd rather have a blank doc or spreadsheet open and then a way to choose templates if I wanted them.

Even better than the old version I was using, and very easy to install. My old files load without a hitch, and lots of New features.

How it's workingit performs very well for what I have needed it for. My expectations were not set high due to previous experiences but this one has been great

Ever since I've installed Microsoft 365 it's been easier to access and use all the programs associated with it. I'm able to utilize and edit documents now.

I had to engage the geek squad to download this software as text instructions were not easy to follow. Still confused about the icons and what I can do within the programs.

Ridiculous setup; after having purchased the personal 365 version in Sept/2020, now need to upgrade to the family 365 version and there's NO WAY TO DO IT without buying family, installing family, deinstalling personal, and then calling Cust Svc to get the remaining 4 months of personal credited back to our account. What should have been a 10 minute upgrade is now a 4 hour waste of one's life just b/c we purchased 365 from Best Buy instead of from MSFT directly.

I'm not a huge fan of yearly subscription software, but the price is not bad, and the products are necessary, so it is a good option.

We do not normally keep up with the latest version available, but now with the annual subscription, we will be able to have the updates.

Hey salesman presented this as a antivirus protection. Being the first computer I've ever owned and to be taken advantage of this situation don't find out it's not an antivirus protection plan until I get home once I get home I'm stuck with it

My daughter is currently writing a book. Before receiving the Office 365 she had writings on her phone and paper. Now they are all in one place. On Office 365.

My first time buying office with a annual renewal but otherwise you don't get the software updates and considering my current outlook is corrupted I see no other choice.

I am a Microsoft Office fan and use Excel daily, so when I learned this came with my laptop, I did a happy dance. Easy to install and wonderful to have.

As a college student, this is one of the purchases in my life that I use everyday. It is definitely worth the buy if you plan to use Microsoft office quite often.

This is a very reasonable cost software package, works well on all our systems mac and pc. Really helped the creativity and productivity of our college age kids.

Nope, I no longer like MS - for ANYTHING. MS Office used to come loaded with the computer. Now, they "give" you a whole year "free", then you are charged every year after that. Why?...because of all the "enhancements" (?) Currently it's $100/yr but that's always subject to change. Nope, unless you're a Geek, stay away from Microsoft.

Good product for the home use. Easy to install. HOWEVER - Best Buy requires the user to OPT OUT of auto renew. During the payment process, Best Buy screen REQUIRES the buyer to accept the knowledge that this is an auto renew purchase. I NEVER like this type of process - so BEWARE. You have to OPT OUT of auto renew or your card will be automatically charged for the next year. You can not even complete a purchase without agreeing to this. I would NOT have purchased this via Best Buy that day - but I waited too long and needed it ASAP.

I love everything about Microsoft office, home and business. I’ve used these products for so many years and will continue for many more.
