Have contacted Microsoft numerous times and keep changing my password. I have even set up multi-factor. Requesting help is impossible (when I finally did get them on the phone the agent just kept repeating himself/somebody overseas) and they simply do not care. Waste of money. Do not purchase. This is so strange to me and a huge disappointment.

Thanks for your review. If you are looking to get the most out of your subscription we recommend taking advantage of the 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage as well as Microsoft Editor if you are using the web to write.
