The only bad thing is this is a yearly subscription based software which requires a credit card to be on file with Microsoft. However, unlike the one time fee version which will not continue to update, Office 365 will always give you the latest updates as long as the yearly subscription is paid I recommend it if You use your computer for more than just surfing the internet or playing games.
