A best buy sales person talked me into adding this on to my purchase as there was no office program on the computer I was buying. I found out later that I could get a free office program that would suit my needs so I returned​ this in time for a refund. I gave it a 3 because I assume it is fine for someone who would need it and I have to rate it in order to post this review or I would have simply declined to rate it at all.

I have used Office since before my retirement; I always appreciate its ease of use and its many capabilities.

I'm still a "Word" user and also appreciate the offline accessibility! Microsoft Office is just what I need for my productivity!

I purchased a laptop and this microsoft home came with it. Installed it and very easy to use.

Excellent product for anyone who wants to learn Word, Excel..., Unfortunately, I didn't have any reason to use the programs too much. I wanted to do a spreadsheet and Word worked fine, didn't need Excel. I would highly recommend for any students for typing up papers. Much better then google docs. Unfortunately, you have to pay for this program that used to be free. I would keep it if I was still in school.

I have yet had a Microsoft product that was not of the highest quality! I don't see how you could go wrong here. Easy to download!

A needed accessory for my computer. Like any other product. Nothing really to explain

Still not sure if this was the best choice for me. I appreciate the updates but question if I will use even most of the bells and whistles.

I received this with my Air MAC, easy to install, protects my laptop and my personal information.

I was happy with Office 2013 but when my computer crashed I had to replace the Office software and since mine had been an upgrade it couldn't be transferred to the new computer. I would rather have just purchased a cd than pay a yearly fee for 365 but the cd available do not have all the features that previous cd versions had. With the crash I had moved my OL calendar and contacts to icloud and can't get them to copy to OL now. Since I don't know of another better product I will recommend 365 but if another becomes available I would recommend it instead.

I am a school teacher so I always need Microsoft Word to complete lesson plans. This version is still as great as the previous versions!

I've used the Microsoft Office suite of products for 30+ years. Still getting used to the 365 version. Don't really like the subscription model, but it does keep me much more current on feature upgrades. I used to stay on a version for 5 years or so because they were so expensive. Now it is close to the same cost over time and my tools are always up-to-date. Also, I really like having the same tools on my phone as I have on my PCs.
