What can be said, it's office. In my opinion the most needed software for most people in the workforce. Works as expected.

Super easy to install and use. Was apprehensive about a subscription, but now it will always be current.

I bought this product as part of a bundle, but somehow during the product search the product dropped to an older version. It was my mistake in not catching the version change. I called the store to cancel the order. They told me to go on line and cancel it. I could only cancel the hardware. There wasn't an option to cancel the software bundled with the new laptop I had previously selected. I called the 800# went through 3 different depts. and spent an hour and 20 min to confirmation the software package was canceled as well. They said it was take up to 8 days for the credit to post. 18 days late still no credit. Tried to call Worst Buy back on their 800#. It said due to higher Coronavirus we can't take your call and disconnected the call. LAST TIME I WILL PURCHASE FM best buy.

This software works great. The only thing I would recommend is that you buy the license for more than one computer. I wish I had.

So Far So Good, I Really Like The Office 365 Personal But I Do Wish That I Didn't Have To Renew It Every Year

This was my first time installing Word products on my computer. Great price and quality products!

Needed this software for the new computer we bought. This software package has all the basics that we needed.

Cannot go without this in my line of work.i need it for files, letters, excel, data sheets, and all other important documents.

Who would buy a new laptop for a student and not buy office 365?? This is a must have addition for students of all ages!!!

I bought a laptop that came with a free Microsoft office 365 for a year so I'm happy to have this free for a year, easy to install.

We have yet 2 c. I was not able 2 download it. Had 2 bring it to Best Buy to have them up load it

Has been working very well. Have been able to make business letterhead and receipts that are professional looking.

After telling the salesman that I needed to run office 365, and that my computer was running VISTA (yes, I know old), he sold me office 365. It will not run on VISTA. We had tried to install, so had scratched the number, so could not return. Money thrown away. Total waste. Thanks, not. Be absolutely sure on your own that the software will work on your computer. I did not have reading glasses with me, and depended on the salesman to read the back of package, My error. My loss. I do use the Geek Squad with great success. Not down on Best Buy.

Microsoft Office is great for personal use like that its monthly now so you dont have to pay all the time

I recently bought a new laptop and can't like without this software. I haven't found anything that does it quite like Office 365

Managing appointments, plans, budgets, you name it—it's all easy with Microsoft 365.

Best Microsoft office product on the market. Easy to follow instructions for downloading and installing.

I am used to word processor on a computer. This program is a little difficult to get around. I'm still trying to find my way around it. I think once I master it this will be great.

My nephew is enjoying all the programs and benefits from this product and he doesn't have to use a disc to install either!
