I was told that I was going to get a refund for this program I didn’t download. I called them as soon as I finished setting my MacBook Pro to tell them I didn’t need this program. I did not download it and was told I was going to get a refund. I was waiting and, called again and they then told me I was not eligible for one after I was told the money will be back in my account. Terrible customer support.

As always, Microsoft Office is excellent. I had no trouble down loading it onto my computer.

Good for writing reports. You can choose from Word, Excel, Access, Outlook. It is fairly easy to use.

I work and play on my laptop. Office365 was smooth to install and is very familiar for any corporate worker.

Office 365 works well on my computer and allows me to look and work on files from other devices.

I have been using the suite primarily for resume and letter writing. I have not made much use of the other applications yet.

I like office but have only used Google lately until we got this. It's so much easier with more options.

This was super easy to upgrade to on my sons new laptop. Enter in the codes and all the Microsoft suites were ready to go!

I purchased the HP laptop and saved $20 on Office 365, great buy and I got all of the Office products I need.

This was purchased along with a Lenovo laptop that was only available on line and not in the store. Upon receipt of the product I tried to install the software and Best Buy failed to activated the serial number through Microsoft and as such it would not install. I immediately called Best Buy and spent over 8 hours on the phone being transferred from Best Buy to Microsoft and being treated there was nothing Microsoft could do without the activation being done by Microsoft. I would then call Best Buy back and go through the same routine. I finally was able to speak with a manager who made arrangements for me to take the product into a store approximately 75 miles from my home and the replaced and installed the software but overall it was a terrible experience and I don't know if I will ever make another purchase from Best Buy

Although I wish it was a two year and u hate that they have Annual subscriptions, thanks Best buy for a slight deal on it
