If you need it you have to purchase it. There’s nothing that sets this product apart in my opinion other than the fact that long ago your PC came ready to go now it seems the consumer gets hit from multiple directions with extra costs.

I had a hard time with the code that I was given to put it on my computer. I had to call Best Buy in order for them to remote in to install the program.
