My old lap top already had the 365 in it so it was transferred over to the new one. I gave this a 1 star not because of the product but because I was told by a Best Buy employee that I needed it and they could not transfer the old version over. Alls I can say is don’t always trust the person you are speaking to and do your research.

I am giving this 5 stars because so far I don't have anything negative to say about it, but I definitely still have a lot to learn. Currently trying to figure out how to correct some formatting issues with downloaded Xcel spreadsheets from older versions. I'll will update this review at a later date if I come across issues as I learn more.
