I had no problem getting the software to load, and Word is, well, Word. (I always preferred WordPerfect, but that's me). I haven't used anything else in the suite, but have received an email with "helpful tips" that I might read one day. In my spare time. Of which I have SOOOO much.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. I had a grad project due and couldn’t wait any longer so I purchased directly from MS. Went into store to return and the answer was no. Best Buy made $70 for nothing when it was their software that failed to send me the activation link.
