The girl at the counter told me that I need to go home and then call a 800 and have them remove me from automatic renewal from bestbuy. as far the product and my overall experience with bestbuy I give it 5 stars.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Just to let you know, once you're a subscriber of Office 365, you're able to change your subscription behavior through Microsoft alone. You shouldn't have to deal with Best Buy for subscription changes.
