So I purchased the product on Best Buy (where I purchased my lap top). As expected, I was able to use the product within minutes of purchase. I’m happy with purchase, which was made over three weeks ago. So far so good!

Initial use indicates ease of integration between both laptops...old running MS10 (Toshiba) and new(HP) running MS11, MS User now and ever.

I was able to do it myself which is a big deal. I mostly use word and excel and working on mastering outlook with calendar and contacts. It's been tough during the pandemic. But the product is excellent and easy to install on your computer and get right into the programs. Thank you.

Finally got Office 360 and the old familiar actions worked great. This is updated from what I had on my old computer but the learning curve for the new features and actions was not very steep. Like my old version, the actions were mostly intuitive and logical. Made my life much easier and my documents and presentations were right again. Great buy!
