easy to install and easy to use, I would recommend this product

Product was easy to install and is user friendly for all ages

So far, so good. The Office 365 provides Word very similar to the version I had been using. So far the transition has been good and, of course, the quality is wonderful as expected.

Works for my situation would recommend this product

Buying with a laptop, I got an extra $20 off the annual subscription. That makes it a very good deal. This version is the most scaled back version of MS Office, but that's fine. It is exactly what I need. Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point are going to cover most general users' needs. Good for a student, author, blogger or small business. As a subscription, it is nice to not have to pay a big fee up front for something that will be the old version in a year.

While the product works, why is the install so painstaking?

I'm not necessarily a fan. Just basic software is all I need, but, having to purchase these things separately these days, unlike the good old days when all you needed came with the computer, I went with the newest average package. It has everything I need, and some things I'm sure I am not aware of or use. Some of it is a pain to get used to functionality, but it gets the job done.

Awesome laptop. Very clear camera and the screen is so coloruful and vivid. Its very user friendly and and the touch scree its so easy to use. Just got it yesterday so im just starting to dive in.

I'm a novice on the computer. Too many options on this. Don't need most of the options. Still trying to learn what they are for. Great for businesses , schools, and professionals.

We did have problems with upload initially. Best Buy addressed the issue quickly and effectively.

Love this product use rhis at work. Sk easy to use even my husband can use it and he is not very computer bond.

Great product I recommend this product for windows 11

This is an excellent product. I bought it for grad school. The copilot on Word was amazing. It helped me on writing papers and with my projects. Easy to install and use.

Microsoft Office is the standard. They marketed this over many years, but I would prefer a stand-alone product rather than an annual subscription, so I believe it to be an underhanded way of making you pay FOREVER. The products are better than others available and continue to improve (or change) over time. I will continue to use them because of the limited number of alternatives.

Installed this on my computer primarily for Word, but have started using Excel extensively too. Great suite of software and updates.

This doesnt let me print without further purchase and save after save of same file.

Able to teach myself the different kinds of Microsoft 360 products that I purchased

I really only needed excel and office and was disappointed that I have to get a subscription for Microsoft 365 just to have these programs. Hopefully I will be able to use some of the other features that are included.

Great product but the app isn’t compatible with Chromebook and the web version is slow.
