Quicken 2015 for Windows files will not translate to iMac even after 2 hours on-line with Quicken help desk. I am sure things will get better but for the past 3 weeks they have been frustrating. I am a longtime Windows user and know that a lot of my problems are just learning without instruction.

I am still trying to figure out what the difference is between owning the software and subscribing to it. So far it seems all of the features are there but I am not sure how to pull it up or if I can use it on different devices other than my phone and laptop. Still trying to figure it out.
