It kept saying do you want to buy it when it was already purchased and inserted the key code. But it's a good product.just wish it was easier to install or download.

Love the programs, but...

I really wish this would go back to the days when you could just buy the programs and own them outright. I really like Publisher and this was the only way to get it. I did receive a discount because I was buying a new laptop, so I guess that was good.

Its good for just a single user/device. You can buy online the same software for the same price or less which you can install in up to 5 devices.

Thanks for the review. We just wanted to jump in and let you know that Office 365 Personal allows one user to install it on all their devices. Office 365 Home does the same, but for up to 6 users.

I’m Stuck with an old email address.

The email address was added to the desktop about 15 years ago with a cable company. I moved & got a different cable company adopted a new email address, then I changed the cable company again & used the adopted email. I don’t know how to solve this problem. Whomever I email this info to, never replies.

The representative had no idea what they were doing and took them three attempts to call me back before you were able to resolve the problem. They did however try to call me back until the problem was resolved

Purchased o cell and use it until you think you need to update. I'm a senior citizen now and I only use word, and not very often. A alt if money for some in on a fixed income. Why does everything now days have to cost extra? Why is this online? I was really upset to find out that its connected to the web and I had to use my email address or cell number to activate it, so much for choices or privacy. I am still not comfortable using it.

There is Office 365 versions that are subscription based and there are more "traditional" Office 2013 versions available at a one-time purchase price and you own it forever. Both can be used offline and do not have to be connected to the internet to use. Using your email and cell number actually adds to security of your Office 365 subscription, because it helps us verify that it is you using it. Auto save a nice feature

After losing all of my documents due to a computer crash and not successful at recovering them it’s nice to have this protection.
