I hate this their is an auto renew on this. Wish it had other features.

Have used the MicroSoft Office Suite for years. This was purchased as a gift for an elderly relative. I wanted to purchase a direct download, but Microsoft doesn't have that option when purchasing as a gift to another device. BestBuy delivered as scheduled; price was competitive with other vendors .

you could never go wrong with this product, love it.

I have had a very bad experience with the purchase of Microsoft 365 because I have not been able to activate it because it has an error. Customer service has not been able to resolve the problem and I am still unable to use it

Easy purchase. Got reminders to install. Microsoft helped me sort out set up questions I had and supported a fairly smooth set up. Very conveniently set up so once you buy your device, you then can easily set up the software.

The perfection service a college/university student

The instalation instructions are very EZ to follow.

Another overpriced item put out by Microsoft. Although they are a bit more compatible than Apple, don't understand why you must pay for this every year. It really doesn't change enough to justify.

No complaints with this product. Windows 10 is confusing but this is good so far.

I love it that Microsoft 365 is updated with the latest Microsoft office products. I don't have to worry about paying when a new office release or update, since it is constantly updated and costs no extra.

Great program for general office work. Easy to use.

I purchased it and did not use it so sent it back with the postal label and the enclosed shipping information and called and spent two hours on the phone and should have my credit on the Beat BUy credit but cannot get a responsible person to do this

The software works great and updates are easy to load.

This Microsoft Offic 365 is still stuck on my laptop and in my email I recently got a virus from this feature. I did not want it on my email but as an app. I got negative support from staff at thsi site they gave a phone number that was in Mexico that claim it was removed but wasn't still remains and the Geek Squad wanted me to pay to have it removed. Not sure what to do about it. Only on this product I wouldn't puchase it again.

This is not a bad product, but i canceled this. The one star is fir the amouny of time it is taking to show my items as canceled. I am still being asked ri make payments almost 3 weeks later.

Great program easy to use and download. Works well.

This was a renewal of my previous Microsoft Office 365 subscription. However, the associate recommended this 1 user subscription which is still allowed on multiple devices but can be used by only one person logged into Microsoft at a time - perfect for my use
