It's been ages since I've updated my computer. I was surprised to be required to create an online account and pay annual fees, etc. More of an observation than a complaint. I guess the good news is, I"ll always have the latest.

I don't know if the 365 works different on a chromebook or if I'm doing something wrong. I installed it but I'm not finding the features I thought I was getting (i.e. word, excel, etc.). When I type something it is saved differently than I'm used to with previous versions.

As usual Microsoft office has everything you need!

Tried to lower the normal line spacing size and it gave trouble staying on what was put. It reverses to what is their set line spacing size. Also when you pick a different font, it reverses back to the basic font set. It happened many times. It will also type inside the size of the font arrow. Not good like Microsoft 2007.

I am a long-time customer of purchasing the full version of Microsoft software. So I was skeptical of trying to 365 version. In reality, it is still under evaluation, but so far so good in trying it out. The initial benefit is you are able to try working reliable software with immediate access to it at an initial lower cost.

Not a fan of the Win8 platform, having this software just hinders my uses even more

Other than being aggravated that even the basics are no longer installed on new computers, I guess if I have to purchase the software, this is as good as it gets. I have had no issue it reading old files, and the upgrade is simple enough to understand quickly.

It’s a pain !! Had problems with OneDrive, Skype and one note - switched from previous ms account on hotmail to outlook . Also stuff didn’t wOrk on my iPad … online support was worthless !

This product was very simple to use and to download.

We purchased this to get updates for our daughters Apple lap top yearly. She uses her lap top all the time doing college homework and watching movies. This allows her to stay updated with Apple updates and new ideas with out having to search the web for them.

This is a good product, however, I don't know how I feel about a subscription. Luckily for me, the school I'm attending offers Microsoft 365 for free. If you don't have that option then clearly this will need to be purchased on your end.

I purchased it as part of a present, a new laptop. The 1TB cloud storage more than makes it worth it. I will have deal with the auto bill next year because I do not want to keep paying for it..unless I want to continue giving it as a birthday present year after year. :)

what can i say.... when you get a protection program you expect not to get bugged

The personal brand of office was different for me. Not sure if it's always been this technical. It has so many things you can do with it but for me it was way too much. My previous Office type was easier but cannot be certain which it was.

Good value for the money on a total software package

As long as you don’t mind the shift to a subscription versus a version you can keep indefinitely, it’s still the Office Suite; practical and easy enough to use. Be aware that this version does install across multiple devices as long as it is on the same account.

MS Access crashes constantly when using spellcheck. I have to spellcheck one word @ a time. No more than 3. Again, no fix for that. Swear these customer service IT people who work for these companies are useless. They can't figure it out. I can't make this stuff up. Going back to Access 2010.

Seems unnecessarily complicated and I am having trouble switching from old system.

Again, horrible experience. Would not accept my credit card - only debit card. "Help" person could not help. I need the software, but not the hassle. Same with my Best Buy Membership a week or so ago.
