Again, horrible experience. Would not accept my credit card - only debit card. "Help" person could not help. I need the software, but not the hassle. Same with my Best Buy Membership a week or so ago.

Was able to load myself without too much difficulty.

Office is easy to use and it came free for a year.

Sorry we now have to pay a yearly fee for these programs. Nothing for nothing anymore. No choice for most computer use. Recommend out of necessity only.

I just needed WORD, but had to get this. Microsoft is challenging. Windows 10 was infinitely better for me. And so were its predecessors.

Not a fan of one year renewals on software. Unfortunately needed to use the software for 2 documents and that's it. I'll be luck to use the software again. Unless something comes up. Just think this is a joke, when one purchases an item and only gets to use the product for a year.

My wife says it is good M wife says very helpful in her work.

I like it but I wish that it was easier to install and easier directions for use.

Like many people we require access to Microsoft Office products for collaboration with our colleagues. Purchasing the subscription at the bundle price made a lot of sense and saved us money, especially considering we would be updating the products on an ongoing basis anyway.

Not exactly what I was expecting. Really haven't used it eve tho I did install it.

Only bought because bought a new pc and needed for older existing files using office suite. No disks. Download only and Annual fee. Seriously they got you on this.

I bought the 2013 Outlook for my new all-in-one Dell desktop. The computer seems fast in practically every respect, but Outlook is very slow to load incoming emails -- even after I've pushed the Send/Receive buttons. I know it's slow, because my smartphone receives the emails well before I can bring them up on the desktop.

Don't need it. Don't use it. Don't care. I don't use these programs on my laptop.

Used this to purchase a year subscription of Microsoft Suite. Just needed it temporarily to create a resume and apply for jobs. Great for someone on a tight budget that cannot afford to purchase the permanent program. This also gives you to renew the service after the one year subscription is over.

Publisher is my go to for creating calendars, flyers and other business documents. The only reason I rated this suite with an average score is because of the subscriptions. You cannot buy this out right instead you are charged $60 some per year.

Easy to install. Works as it should. Good purchase.

Geek squad set up my Mac with Office 365. There was a problem that surfaced 4 days later when I realized that none of my messages were being sent. Had to take computer in to have the Geek Squad at store diagnose problem. I don't know if it was faulty installation or Office 365; everything fine now.

As much as I’m accustomed to CD software process, I have learned to embrace the evolving technology of today. Office 365, downloadable. Easy to set up. Fast, working and up to date excel, outlook, word and more. A bit pricey but I’m after quality so I’m good!

Switching from a PC Windows environment to Apple was a step up once this Office 365 software was available. It allows me to have the iPad for instructing, while still using the Office suite of tools I am most comfortable with. It is a Win - Win.

disappointed, right out of the box issues with outlook 365...best buys help me once, said to call back if I continued to have issues, one week later still having the same issues, now they want to charge me for phone service....thanks Best Buys!!!
