Something I had to have. Don't understand why I should have to purchase this.

since buying the computer i seem to be calling Geek Squad every couple of days.

I love the programs but I hate that you have to purchase this every year. However if you pay twice as much you do not have to renew it every year but you don't get the updates as they develop them.

I bought this product(Office 365 Personal (1 Person) (12-Month Subscription-Auto Renew)) for an apple air I bought last year....Although I got a similar gift and hence I had to return it customer service at Best Buy was great!

My only complaint is that you have to continuously "Rent" Microsoft Office for your computer. You never really "OWN" the software. But if your job and life depends on it, then of course get it. It works splendidly none-the-less.

I can not cancel this Office 365. They have charged me 2 times and I have "tried" to cancel 2 times. Now they say I need to talk to you to get it canceled. When I try online things go in a circle. Please help Ivan W Macdonald

Very happy with this version of Microsoft Office. The direct download option for software installation (versus a CD/DVD) is an excellent perk. Not having to wait for the installation disks in order to get the Office Suite up and running is definitely a time-saver. Would certainly recommend.

I didn't get the right info from 2 or 3 clerks on how to download and use MSoffice. I wish I could get my money back.

I knew I had to get the Microsoft Office package with my new HP laptop. I'm glad I did on Black Friday, as it was bundled in a great deal. I love the versatility of Excel and all the functions it gives. I can't have a laptop without Microsoft Office. End of story.

I didn't down load this. I purchased another one but i paid for this one. How do i get my refund back.

Microsoft Office 365 works well on our new HP Pavilion all-in-one computer. It's a LOT faster than Office 365 on our old MAC all-in-one computer, and we're a lot more familiar with the interfaces of Word and Excel than those of the Apple products that come with the MAC.

It is nice to not have to pay for Office month-to-month but rather once a year. I also ended up paying less with this option as well, so I plan on doing this again in the future.

I use the subscription to have native programs to open docs, spreadsheets, and presentations that don't run as well on my Mac platform. My only complaint is just the time it takes to learn some of the new features because I updated from 2011 version.

Using this program on my new MacPro is incredible. I will only purchase Mac since trying to make sense out of Windows 10 operating system. I thought Windows was getting back on track with Windows 7, but then came 8, a huge disappointment. I will not go back.

It's Microsoft so it should work for all. I have always liked Windows and Microsoft is something I have always use for business and personal use. My laptop will not run Windows 10 and that is ok with me that I use Windows 8. Great product.

It’s a great business tool..the office Pack. However I need a clarification? Is this one year subscription on Auto- Renew ? If so I would request you to cancel the Auto-Renew option as I would decide on renewal of the same closer to its expiry. Best Regards

Not much to say other than a few newer features. I purchased this mostly for having MS Word and PowerPoint. Both work as expected and as previous releases have delivered. Nothing much exciting other than the regular reliability promised by previous MS Office releases.

Love the product, not sure I am convinced yet on the annual charge / subscription concept. It makes the software very expensive over the long run. Microsoft should consider lowering the annual charge so as to not look like they are so insensitive to their customers costs.

As soon as I found out I could use Office 365 on Apple, I purchased my apple laptop along with the Sony I have. Wouldn't purchase any computer that I couldn't use Office on. Best Buy was great and installed it for me on my first mac and showed me how easy it was. Enjoying my purchase.

While installing on my new computer, it overwrote my existing account and I had to spend several days with microsoft fixing the issue. Would not have been much of an issue, but the first Microsoft technical service person made the problem worse and turned off all office products.
