Took two attempts to install as it kept asking for something I couldn't provide. Had to call Apple tech to complete.. unfortunately Apple isn't always easy to deal with. That being said I'm now glad I have Office on my Mac and don't have to revert to my other computer to access office

It has been over ten years since my wife has up graded he computer. she went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 S. Her new computer is a LENOVO - Idea Pad 3 15" Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core i3-1005G1 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD

I started searching for Office 365 for a new laptop I had just purchased. Office 365 has all tools I need and a large cloud storage. When I was looking Best Buy had the best price. Ordered for pickup and it was ready before I got to the store.

Really needed this. Who can go wrong with me microsoft? I needed this to learn data entry and how to make power points. It's a slow process, but I'm making progress

Microsoft really out did themselves, pairing up with Amazon,you know you can’t go wrong. Free for 15 months, Microsoft is giving away Word, Excel, as well as

Solid multi-feature program, but hitting the F2 key in prior versions put you into edit mode. Now, F2 puts you into a feature that I can't figure out, so to edit now, you need to double click within the cell. Not a major issue, but less convenient.

I use this product for personal letter writing and I am satisfied. I would benefit from an hands on, on store mini- course. I have taught computer coding, WP, spreads. A refresher course would be helpful when this virus is over.

The one thing I wish is that you owned Microsoft word after purchasing this. It is just a subscription meaning I would have to pay to keep it next year. The one thing I do love is I have everything up to date with office where as I would have to upgrade if I needed the newest form.

I love this product and with the subscription will always be ensured that the software is always up to date. However, I purchased it for the Mac because it had Access (MS) and I later found out that Mac is not compatible for Access and there is no comparable product available. I look forward to that day!

Although Apple computers are amazing, I personally think Microsoft Office is irreplaceable (so far) in terms of its convenience of use when it comes to Microsoft Word and Excel, among other programs. This purchase is definitely worth it for me!

It gave an error and phone number when I tried to load it. I called and some guy with an Indian accent told me I had a serious virus called koobface that was in my router and pcs and that it probably came from using Facebook. He could fix it for $400 over the phone or I could take it in, but it would cost $600. When I declined, he hung up on me. I did virus scans on everything and found no viruses. I then tried to install again and it installed without incident.

I do NOT like it. it pops up windows all the time. I asked Geek Squad to install the KIS anti virus. and they want to charge even though it was part of a bundle . Didn't realize I was purchasing it. It won't install so waste of money. I won't go to Best Buy next time. Have had better luck with QVC.

This is simply the best product available on the market. There are different options available: one user or multi-user; and different renewal periods. Check all options and pick the one that best suits for your your needs.

I bought a new computer and needed Microsoft on it. We purchased Microsoft Office 365, it takes some getting use to, it's different than the Microsoft Program I had before, but I like it.

I know nothing about these things just knew I needed it for new computer

I liked the printer cartrige replacement cost efficiency compared to the previous product I owned. I additionally appreciate the ability to utilized only the black cartriges when not printing in color. The slim design and streamlined control panel are much nicer than my other printer.

I have used these application before in both a business and personal use. The programs are fine but can take a lengthy time to install especially with a slower connection. Had to use geeksuad support to get Outlook working but inally was up and running with no problems since.

Bought a new laptop and tried to reinstall my Microsoft Office suite I had on the old laptop and had issues. So back to the store to buy the subscription service as much as I did not want to. I need Word and Excel all the time.

Have not downloaded as actually wanted to go to Pad purchased for our son. I already have the software do did not need. He could not have it way I have it set up to go to email rather than pad itself. Waste of software
