Of course I spent all day helping my mom transfer all those old important isn't this cat/dog so cute pictures but my mom being afraid of words like "Cloud" or "Drop Box" now has the habit of making me pull out her precious (stranger cat/dog pics) on my mobile

I spent a lot of years with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. They’re like dependable old friends to me, so when Best Buy came up with this awesome deal on Office 365 Personal, I jumped on it & I don’t regret it at all! I will be renewing next year!

I know all Mac lovers support pages, numbers. Let’s get real folks, you have to also have word, and excel. We’ve all received files from others that there are issues but I have to have a this and I got a discount when I purchased my Mac.

It's Microsoft. I did like the new method of subscription. Out gives flexibility to pay a lower yearly cost while staying up to date. If you only upgrade once every 5 years, then you are better off with a standalone copy. I would recommend 365 though.

It's ok, but I'm not sure how I feel about the yearly membership.

I don’t necessarily like the idea of a subscription and having to pay each year, but I got a decent deal when I purchased my laptop and needed the software quickly. I’ll decide what to do once the year is up, but I still like using the Microsoft products.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE 3 MONTHS I HAD WITH MICROSOFT 365 I WOULD STILL TRY TO GET IT BACK ONCE I CAN AFFORD IT I DIDNT USE IT EVERYDAY I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Salesman was not helpful at all and would not give me any assistance with installation.

I've used Microsoft products for years both at home and at work. The 365 is the newest of the best. I haven't had much time to use it yet, but I will.

I purchased this in Dec of 23, each time I attempt to download from Microsoft I am told one reason or another as to why I cannot download the program. It has been over a year and I still have not received what I paid for.

Needed something big and fast for the office, while portable for the road...don't use it for gaming, rather business. Like have and the time to work on it and while I'm not a computer expect - its everything I was hoping it would be, thank you.

I love having the availability all the Microsoft applications that come with Microsoft Office 365 Personal. Over the years updates have taken place and now with this annual renewal, I will have the benefit of having the best current addition. Thank you, Microsoft!!

Very hard to install, had to have Geek Squad member install and it had to be looked at more than one time. Don't believe I had a choice to install any other type of Microsoft plan

I don't like paying every month for a program. I like to purchase the program and have it on my computer.

I just bought this subscription on April 7 and I have received a notice that I am to be charged again for a renewal that will start in May. That's double dipping and unacceptable.

Took awhile to get onto it. It got easier the more I used it. It took awhile to know where to look for my files. Once I found where to look it went faster. I still have trouble finding Publisher. I have to use the menu.
