Nice set of MS suite new generation tools which comes with MS teams. I got 3 months trial package with the laptop & later renewed with students deals.

I had been using older versions of the software and was beginning to have problems using newer files. The cost of upgrading individual packages adds up and takes time. This bundle provides all the software I need at current revisions and will keep it updated.

I just don't like the idea of having to renew it every year.

The Office 365 suite contains all the basic functions needed for full use of a computer. Purchasing the automatic renewal for my grandson ensures that no matter where he is stationed he will have uninterrupted access.

I use Microsoft Office all of the time. However, I was disappointed that it was not a part of my Surface Pro 4 tablet purchase. I didn't realize that a subscription would have to be purchased, and honestly, I think $75 per year is a bit high for this service.

Office 365, good product but hate the fact that it is only a 1 year subscription, should be a permanent one, should not need to renew a product once purchased,

I bought a new laptop that wasn’t preloaded with the Office suite of software like my last laptop came with. Disappointed it wasn’t preloaded. The clerk never gave me any options, just grabbed Office 365 off a rack and said this is what you’ll need. Now, I’m having to pay an annual renewal fee for the product. I also found out later that you can buy the software separately although that’s all you get, no updates unless you get the 365.

Office is office. covers just about anything you would need for a home software bundle. Differences between current and earlier versions could be explained a bit clearer, but there is enough info on the web to keep you from getting stuck.

what else is there except the free open source Open Office?

365 works fine if you are online. Not so much if you are not linked to the internet. The computer we bought is not online so it refused to let us update files. The geek squad rep that helped us pick this software didn't know this tidbit when he recommended it to us. Now we all know.

All I had to do to renew my office subscription was punch in the product key when I opened an office application. I signed into my office 365 account as well to update info and my office software was ready for another year. Highly recommend doing it this way.

I used Microsoft Office on my PC and it does about the same thing for mac. I am still on the learning curve. I am more familiar with XL and word than the rest of the suite. The seminars that the geek squad provides are great for us old goats to learn new tricks.

This format is excellent! It allows me to format my documents in the correct format for work and school! It is easy to use and it takes the guess work out of trying to find what program(s) I may need to get my work done.

Overall I am satisfied with the product. It is Microsoft office after all. My only discouraging factor was that the sales associate did not clarify with me about the number of licenses I needed, so I ended up with only one. Not what I needed.,,

This has been difficult to install on 5 different PCs. If its not one problem, its another. Wish they would go back to a disc, or at least make it a choice.. I have better things to do with my time! I won't recommend --- but what other choice is there?!!

Got this for free when I purchased my Mac! It's a wonderful deal you get Microsoft office for one whole year for one computer. As a graduating student this is great because once you're not a student anymore you lose your student Microsoft privileges! Highly recommend.

Much, much easier to collaborate with Windows users in Outlook. Made the transition to a Mac very easy. Work mostly on my iMac, don't use the cloud much. I use a hot spot instead of a direct connection and don't want to waste bandwidth moving day-to-day files.

Kind of disappointed that I have to renew this every year...
