Do not like the idea of putting everything in a cloud.

The office 365 has some of the best included templates for resume, reports, presentation material and organizers that I have seen.. I would recommend this product and it’s subscription to anyone who seeks professionalism and quality work.

I love everything about Microsoft office. I've been using it for over 25 years and it's WAY easier to use than Mac products. I'd recommend it to everyone to use and this subscription card makes things easy and convenient.

When something is not broken why oh why does Microsoft have to mess it up???? Windows 8 was a bust and this fix is just that - a fix. Confusing to install and whatever you do, do not make a mistake, because it cannot be fixed by Best Buy, you have to deal with Microsoft.

The new office program has some New Features that are well worthwhile, such as the constant automatic "Save" feature in MS Word. There is no "Learning Curve" to operate the new version of Word if you already use Word.

Microsoft Office is an absolute necessity for your new laptop; it’s way more complicated then the older versions of you’re a “tech-nerd” like me. I consider it a must have for professional letters & correspondence!

Needs some work. Unable to locate replacement battery.

This is exactly what our daughter needed for her Honors classes and her new computer. We set this all up fairly quickly and she has been able to use it with ease since then. Any questions she has had have been easily answered.

I had trouble to download this product. I called support and ask me to go back to store. There they download everything, but it was a lot of trouble for me to go back to the store for something like this. it would have been solved on the phone.

Office 365 is a good product but is often cumbersome to use. Do not like all of the features and thus don't use all of them. One has to be careful if office is used to save to one's hard drive as it will automatically just save to the Cloud.

I was pretty frustrated when I realized word switched to a subscription service. However, I’ve got to admit the new features and tech support are nice. If you’re hesitating to make the switch don’t. It’s worth it.

I love the Office software however, if you’re a student then I would suggest registering on the Office website as you can have this service download for free so long as you are a student with a valid student email address.

Poor as there is no place to indicate that I returned it and didn't use it. What I have on my Mac is enough.

I like having Microsoft office because it’s necessary to create and share documents and sometimes projects for work or school but I don’t like that it is now a yearly renewing service and only one person has access to it.

The account keeps getting hacked. Everytime. It would be nice to get the digital key at time of purchase. I did not want it in my email that was insisted by the sales person. If my email is hacked (has been hacked) then Best Buy just walked the hackers into my code now I can sign in. I keep getting messages that I need to refer to my IT Administrator. I DONT HAVE A IT ADMIN AT WORK OR SCHOOL!!!!!!!!

I haven't even used this and probably will not. I really did not need it at all.

While I am pleased with the product by and large, getting used to some of the new Windows features in this version of 10 is a bit tiresome. The laptop has a large screen so if you are going to put it in a briefcase take you measurements.

Difficult to start, now find little use to continue.

This was decent. I had a little trouble getting it installed on m computer and the company didn’t help much but after some tweaking and playing around with it I finally got it on there and registered.
