The program is very useful and necessary. I long for the old days when you bought a computer and it was preloaded. That was part of the expense of the computer. And also, I am not a fan of the annual subscription where you don't own a disk. My own basis.

It's great to have the 3 months subscription to get started. A one year free subscription would be better though! I miss the days when the software was included in the cost of the system.

I haven't even touched what I can do within 365, but it seems endless..! I am overwhelmed and by the time I get home from work...I have little time to get started... but I plan to delve into it hopefully very soon?

good price good product and service for the computer

My friend had this on his "wish list" and was happy to get this gift. I personally use the regular Microsoft Office product. I would recommend it to those who have limited storage on their computers.

This package gives me a year to decide if the software is worth purchasing or continuing with an auto renewal . So far I've only used it on one laptop, but its good if this laptop crashes, I'' still have 4 more downloads.

As with office its very easy to use and its for my personal use so I can customize it to my preferences.I use it to complete my assignments for school. Very compatible with all the technology I need to complete course work.

been using Microsoft word many years, I own many back versions so I decided to lease on a year to year basis, it took me a little time to set it up this version like the directory like I had in my older versions ..

This is my first time using a subscription-based MS office suite. Although it did take a while to download, everything seems to work fine. Didn't get any errors during the download process.

the people at this BB location . They helped me decide and took care of all my needs. The manager is even more accomodating to his custoer and was involved in my decision. Great reccoemndation for my needs and Geek Squad took care of everything

It works just fine. I wish it weren't so expensive

I purchased the Office 365 because I'm more familiar with it. I know Pages is already preloaded on the MacBook Pro but I can do a lot more with Office 365. It's just good to have software that I'm more familiar with and the price was just right.

I have to be honest, I prefer older versions office.

If the site would allow me to give the Dell All-in-One no stars, I would. Imagine my childrens' surprise when they opened up their new computer and it didn't work. Further imagine their surprise when I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support from Dell and it still wouldn't work. Then imagine my surprise when Dell informed me that the disk I was supposed to receive this week isn't even available yet.

This download is not a good deal. It forces you to subscribe to the software, knowing that you have created documents with the apps. So, it locks you in.

I really only wanted the word processer... and was disappointed to discover that I could have found that for free instead of paying for this whole suite of programs.

I hate subscription products. I want to buy something once and use it until I'm ready to purchase something different.

Looks great! I will use it in the next few months.

A computer without Microsoft is like a notebook without a pen! They go together perfectly. I love the ease of using the software and i have NO PROBLEM with keeping the subscription active!
