Very good software and online availability however you have to renew it each year so I think Id prefer to just buy the full version that you don't have to keep paying to renew. This is good though if you only need something for a year I guess.

After buying this through Best Buy, I noticed that outlook will change the appointment ics files to 1 hour before the actual scheduled appointment. I called Best Buy support and was transferred to 5 different people over 45 mins and the last person said they would have to charge me $30 to fix the issue. This is after I bought I brand new laptop and MS 365 from them. I regret making my purchase through Best Buy. I feel completely abandoned.

Office 365 has some many features that it's difficult to choose one. I am totally amazed with having every ounce of technology at my finger tips. I still have so much more to be amazed about. I am a happy Best Buy customer. For life.

I have been using Office 2003 until I just bought this new computer and took the annual subscription to Office 365. It's a bit more complicated than the 2003 so it will take time to learn it. It will do the job!

Haven’t been able to get the programs loaded down on the IPad. Unable to utilize software. Terrible process to download programs. Bring back the software discs. No available resources to download programs. A suggestion and recommendation would be to download this software package at time of purchase. Otherwise, I paid a lot of money for something one can’t utilize.

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop and this great product came with the purchase! Definitely one of my BEST BUYs! With a free 12 month subscription, I will definitely be renewing my subscription upon expiration.

Excellent buy when I bought my laptop. But need to atleast add the notification system for this particular item for the customers to know that it gets renewed every year automatically.

I received Office 365 free for a year.Could not use

We were diehard Windows XP users. Have a hard time adjusting to anything else. This program (like anything new) has tested our patience. But when you figure it out, it's ok

This subscription version of Office is essentially the same as the version you're used to. It's just a different pricing structure. If you always like to have the latest version of Office on your machine you may find this to be a good value.

I use office constantly, when bringing up new templates I noticed that the home addition doesn't have as many choices as the business one. That was a bit disappointing. Still playing with the one at home so I am sure there is more to discover.

I haven't been able to use it yet because after installing the software I discovered that because I had an old version of Office already installed, I had to delete that one first. Therein lies the problem, I can't seem to get anyone at Best Buy to help me with this. I've tried twice and still no help. The last agent in the chat program actually hung up on me. So, I have this brand new Microsoft 365 program that so far has been a waste of money. I do hope someday to be able to use it. Or, I could try to get my money back.

My daughter’s trial of Microsoft ran out and I needed to purchase a word processing software. Sales rep was very helpful helping me to make my decision. Annual Subscription was the best option for me.

I enjoy the fact that Best buy offers this product and always allows you to update it or renewed through them in a timely manner so that you don't lose your information nor access to this application.

I have been avoiding going this route as i was opposed to "renting" my software. My windows needed updating so finally looked seriously at benefits. The best is now having windows with me all the time even with no pc with me.

Attaching documents has been a challenge. New format and choices are different than last version I had before. Program loaded with no problem and Best Buy sent the necessary download via email.

Difficult to get the program to install an MacBook

I got this for my sons computer and it worked the first couple of times but now he receives an error when trying to use it. There is suppose to be some type of setting I need to change to fix it but I haven't had the time to mess with it yet.

Everyone needs this package. The fact that there is a trial period makes it easy to know if you want to subscribe or not (why wouldn't you want to subscribe). Easy to use, easy to install!

Not happy with the loss of all contacts in old office, this is NOT good as there were 4yrs of accumulated contacts info that will have to be rebuilt one at a time. the transfer should have taken this into consideration in upgrading.
