This came with my new tablet, I don't like the fact you have to pay a monthly fee so I will be using another office program. I believe these companies doing this are going to lose customers, Photoshop is doing the same thing and I won't be using them either.

Not a fan of the yearly subscription. The guy who helped us out in the store did not mention it was a yearly subscription instead of the one time price option that we were interested in. Be careful!

They make owning things harder and more expensive!

i give it a three start because now there is a yearly fee instead of just buying the product. otherwise it is like always a great product.

Windows Office is Windows Office, It's a good product, always has been. The fact that you get automatic upgrades compensates for the fact that you cannot buy the program outright, but must lease it for a year at a time.

I really don't like having to login to my account for updates, etc. The software is fine though. I'd rather purchase a disk because I live out in the country and don't always have connection.

So glad I got this version of Microsoft suite! It is easy to use, even for someone who would like to go back to 2000 version.

Outlook 2007 was working just fine until one day...brought the computer in to get "fixed" and the next thing I know...I'm buying a new computer. OK...it gets better. Owning this new computer for less than 3 days the SAME malfunction began to occur. When Outlook was operating, my computer shut down. The computer was in the shop for almost TWO WEEKS. Fortunately for me, Chris Lloyd of Avon researched the problem and fixed the malfunction. I'm happy to have my computer back...but not so happy with Outlook 2016 [or Windows 10 for that matter].

I realize that the young people will just get on a computer and explore until they figure out how to use it. For us technologically challenged baby boomers we would like a manual with quick start instructions.

Average value. Comes bundled with the core produts like Word/Excel/PP. Wished it was priced slightly lower given its only 3 month subscription.

As expensive as office software has gotten it is nice to know that you can still get a good deal without sacrificing value. Not very easy to use if you are not proficient with Microsoft Office.

Works as it should but used to get the program when you bought your computer and only had to pay more money if you wanted to upgrade them days are gone

Not sure, it does not seem to be operating properly. Before i give a low rating, i am going to have somebody smarter look at and make sure it is not operator error.

I purchased this. product before I found out that they are offered free for teachers and administrators in education. So I have not downloaded it yet because I want to know if that is indeed true.

First, I'm retired. Living on much reduced income. Hey, it's Microsoft. It's the standard. But why an annual fee? This really, really ticks me. I'm getting angrier every time I think about their gouging. I don't mind a one time payment, but the annual fee is, in my opinion, way out of line for no additional value. As to a recommendation, what choice in there? Yes only because Apple is even more expensive.

I wasn't sure I wanted a yearly subscription for office however I do like the fact that as changes are made to the programming you get the updates and you don't have to purchase another new program and install when yours gets to be out-dated.

I originally got this for work but I actually use the programs all the time now. There are apps to download on your phone as well so you can view or work on things on the go. Very user friendly and helpful.

never used. sales clerk said i would need it and i didnt and was unable to return so i was just out the money.

I went to my local BB bringing my tablet (which I previously purchased at BB) with me and told the sales clerk I wanted to have Excel and Word on my tablet. They sold me this product. I went on line and tried to download the software, but, it would not download because it was "incompatible." To make matters worse, because I had scratched off the registration, BB refused to give me a credit saying it was their "Policy." Thanks to their "policy" they now have one less loyal customer.

Don't know what it is or what it does or how it would be helpful.
