I like that Office 365 includes Outlook, and all the other programs usually included; however, I think I should be allowed to install it on my home computer and my laptop for the same price.

I like that it has the full downloadable for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, also works on your laptop and mobile versions for tablets and phones. You also get mobile apps and 1TB of online storage.

I paid for this at the time of purchase of new computer. No help from geek squad. When I had to have the computer worked on they took it off, uninstalled or something and I now can't find it on my computer. Geek Squad at Davenport, IA is NO help.

Only thing I would change about the Microsoft package would be not having to pay for it every year. I would rather just pay the price to purchase it flat out. Other than that, normal Microsoft package. Can’t complain.

Yes, we really needed this with the set up of our new laptop that we purchased very easy to follow for additional needs

MS Office 365 does not provide me with additional features that are useful to me over MS Office 2010. I takes several seconds to load. I do not like having to pay a fee to renew every year. After my one year is up I will go back to MS Office 2010.

I use Excel for home accounting of finances. Found the program had problems with calculating data. Took me a week but finally found the problem. Works great now. Not good program for beginner.

I wanted to purchase Microsoft Office for my not-for-profit animal rescue. Found out they do not offer a onetime purchase as it was when I purchased my last computer five years ago. Now you have to pay annual fee. The employees were goo though.

My granddaughter found a job as a Med Tech and her Excel has helped her keep track of all her assignments. She’s able to write administrative letters with Word and stores them for future access.

In our company we use Office 365 mostly as an E-mail and calendar service because it is great and easy to manage any kind of meeting. It is a great addition to your office

Not a fan that we have to repurchase these yearly but it’s how things are. I guess I would prefer this over paying for a product the company stops supporting. You get what it says and that’s all we really could ask for.

Not a fan of having to connect to the internet to use this product. Will be looking for other options once the year has expired....security is always first with me....and if I had the option, I would return this to Best Buys

I'm taking one star off just because I don't like not having a physical disk. It's software & does what's needed although I think that Microsoft makes each new software iteration more complicated than it needs to be.

I like Microsoft products but I am not a huge fan on how it sells the software now. Perhaps it should focus on making an enduring product instead of finding a way to increase its margins through how it markets them.

Office 365 offers a one year subscription to the ms office suite. after the year you need to renew it, but this way it is an affordable solution versus buying the whole package outright off the shelf, which would cost a lot more.

When I first got it I needed help getting my Yahoo email address in to Outlook and was able to have a service person help me remotely figure out the problem. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but otherwise awesome program.

I requested my programs be already installed and Best Buy did assist me because I'm not computer fluent. They were a bit frustrating to install but once they were in, everything has been exactly where and how I needed them.

Software always feels like such a ripoff, but I have to have all the Office apps. The good thing is, at least it can be shared between 5 devices. That makes the cost slightly less painful.

I had so much trouble trying to set up. The product key was soooooo messed up I had to call and use the help center from Microsoft. Took a bit of time but all is good to go. Upside Microsoft was awesome at the help we needed..
