I think that this is the one program that I will have to get on all of my business computers.if I do that I think I will have a easier time with the training for my new employes at the office.

I was looking primarily for something that would provide word processing and power point, so this fit the bill. As always, there is a bit of a learning curve when learning a new or updated program, but it does what I need.

I've been using this product for many years - like when they came installed on a new computer. Sure wish I could get the "forever" products without having to renew a subscription.

I've had an old version of windows on my old computer. Since I was getting a new surface, I got the upgraded software. Other than being saddled with Windows Explorer, it's not that bad.

I only need the basic word, excel and outlook programs. I don’t see where I will utilize all I have to offer as far as access from anywhere on any device. I don’t need complications...simpler the better for me.

We intended to buy a desktop computer but chose the all in one. So far we are happy with our decision. The support package is pretty expensive but we felt compelled to buy it since all in one computers are fairly new to the market.

Microsoft office is essentially to day to day work and home life. I am still sad it is not built into the windows 10 computers but it's nice to have the option to still purchase it.

This product is a must have with your computer. When installing I rubbed the numbers off and had to call support service were helpful and they were helpful and friendly. Great Customer Service!

This version of Office 365 is so helpful. I had a computer literacy test to prep for and this was a tremendous help. I passed the test because I had this software and was able to practice.

just received excellent support from an Agent - advising me what my next step could be in regards to a CC dispute.

This is a great option for those who might not want to pay for the full Office. 365 gets you full access to everything for one year. You can always renew your membership after one year or just buy Office. Your call..

This is pretty good for my little college guy; but we're not doing too much outlook production, or spend much time using it outside of word and PowerPoint. Worth the buy.

It's free, so can't complain. Your stand windows 10, nothing fancy. Would recommend for whoever wants to try out windows 10 for a few months and see if it is for you

gives me all the up to date applications; it is nice to have a subscription based service so I can keep the most up to date applications; was a reasonable price for a year.

My only downfall with this product I did not realize that it did not have a camera at purchase but other then that the product is great for children. I love the touch screen.

Despite buying a standalone Microsoft Office suite for my home use, Microsoft linked my new account with my work Office account without even giving me the option to do so. I DIDN’T WANT THAT! I wanted my home Office to be completely independent from my work. Now personal documents that I work on at home are being shared with my work Office account. I’m very disappointed with this.

I actually did not use the 1 year card. I found out that if you are already a subscriber (the old computer died and bought a new one) you can transfer your remaining subscription to the new one. Cool!

I found it very useful but the only thing I don’t like is since January they started some pop ups saying my subscription is about to expire and I need to renovate it.

Keeps messing up my computer working correctly keeps trying saving stuff on iCloud and saying stuff i know is alight stopping it opening or updating and keep saying have no antivirus protect I w same breath says no suspicious activity

I'm not really sure why I felt the need to get this. It's my understanding that I will have to subscribe yearly to it. I would've rather just paid one price outright for it.
