I bought the office 365 because I needed it for school. Come to find out I couldn't download it to my laptop until after waiting 48 hours after purchase. Needless to say I returned it and found the student office subscription online.

Downloading and installing was very simply. I use these apps daily. Outlook syncs to multiple accounts and performs high-level filtering. It's all good. My only complaint is the recurring price is too high.

My only issue with it so far is that it is a yearly subscription - certainly another way for Microsoft to make money. Also a bit of a learning curve from the older versions

This was a duplicate action of a sale on top concerns regarding to removals of important data which apparently couldn't be retreved.

I just think most of us should have Office 365, especially when you can do so many things with it. I just think it cost too much since you have to renew every year.

Not having affordable laptops come with built in Microsoft 365, is an option to purchase a subscription for one.

I have used Office for Windows forever. When I switched to a Mac I purchased Office for Nac because I wanted ease of transition. I have large documents and like it’s grammar check.

I was disappointed to find out after buying this that it was not activated by the seller before leaving the store. I contacted customer service through the 'chat' option and was informed that it would take 24-48 hours to activate. Two days later I was still receiving the error message saying to take it back to the seller to activate. Called the toll free support number and spoke with a very nice person who informed me that I would need to take it back into the store and have them activate it. If you buy something like this, please make sure they activate it in the store.

I have tended not to like the move to subscripted updates, but this just seemed to make sense with a new computer. The 2016 version of Office is a big improvement, and doesn't take long to get used to.

The Geek Squad helped me with this version. I had been using Windows 7 and Office. There are some differences (good ones) and I think I have a handle on the things I need to do.

It needs an email of renewal and not just a withdrawal in your account. Did you remember it from 3 years ago? Probably not. I need to be reminded and have a choice on how that money is spent.

Same office, more fluff, otherwise yeah its ok, I hate the fact you lease the software at an affordable price but if you want to buy the app itself it costs a fortune.

Very good. I didn't think I would like this subscription stuff versuses the cd download but just sign in & go on different computers Im like ok I can deal with this

I needed this program. I am church council secretary and I use it to do all my minuites and other correspondence, as I would rather use my computer than going up and using the churches.It does the job for me.

Even though it says that it is compatible for windows and Mac, it seems different from the one I use on windows. And I prefer the one just for windows, which is more user friendly to me.

A bit of a nightmare navigating Microsoft PC minded websites and subscriptions. I tried to cancel and it refereed me back to best buys. best but doesn't open for hrs. if ti was apple....this would have been solved. I desire to cancel but micrisift has aligned with a company that literally.... OFFERS NO PATH OF CANCELLATION ON LINE....

What can I say? Microsoft rocks. This subscription was perfect for my small business needs. Advice: weight your options with annual or monthly pricing - not everyone has the same needs.

I have not needed it yet, from past experience I am confident it will perform fine , very happy with customer service and geek squad installing it as part of free setup

I purchased this office product for installation in a mac book air, having been a long user of office programs I knew what I was purchasing, however the download of almost 7 gigs took almost 3 hours to complete over WiFi.
