I needed Microsoft Word for my new computer and I really like that this Microsoft Office has all the programs I need including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. I use the programs a lot for work and this is easy to install on your computer. I like using Outlook for my email and it is fast and simple for all my email needs. This is all the programs I need in one pack and easy to install on your computer.

I purchased a laptop for my younger sister. I have Microsoft on my "All-In-One," and needed to add Microsoft 365 Personal to her computer. The software is great! It makes it easier for her to navigate and use something that she is familiar with. I am very pleased with this product, and will continue to renew the subscription!

New computer, new printer, new Microsoft 365 Personal subscription (have used only Word so far) - what can go wrong? So far only the 88-year-old operator (me) has made extremely rare minor errors. And so far, the Microsoft 365 Personal program and its supporting equipment have been perfect! (When I was in school there was no such thing as an A+. An A was as high as you could get ... and an A it is for Microsoft!)

This membership applications work really good. I'm happy with it and I will always use it because I need it a lot for my computer duties and in case I return to college to study probably another career I would like.

I use a MacBook and have for many years. For decades, because I was an educator, I had free access to Microsoft programs (even on my home computer). Until this purchase, I had been without Microsoft for about 6 years—relegated to Google Drive against my will—and I AM THRILLED to have these programs again. And let me say, KUDOS TO MICROSOFT! These programs are so much more powerful now, structured with intuitive technological cohesion that creates a natural streamlined collaboration between programs, making its capabilities top tier. The Google platform has its own, very different value, but there’s no reason to be trapped there anymore with OneDrive. I promise you won’t regret this purchase—best money I’ve spent in years. I couldn’t be happier to be back in MICROSOFT!

Microsoft really is a nice addition to have. While I won't be using anything other than Word, many people will use more than one of the features. I like Word because you can write letters, resumes, make charts, put things in columns, and just gobs more. You can decide how small or large you want the print to be, make it bold, use different colors, use columns, bullets, use Arial, Roman, Script lettering, plus many more styles. Yes, Microsoft 365 has a fee, but it's afforable. If you're going to use a computer, you might as well get features that will make your job easier as well as fun.

I was hoping to use this product on at least one other computer. However, it appears that the product is not transferable to another device. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with this product.

Bought this for my daughter and she uses it on her new laptop. I've used Microsoft Office for many - many years and 365 is just the newest iteration. The learning curve was not steep, just the usual find where the command is located. I've found it to be very reliable.

Perfect for me to use at home! I was nervous about the install but it was a breeze to install and use immediately! I consistently use Word and Excel but look forward to learning more about the other products available and using them as well. Great purchase.

The product (Microsoft 365) seem to be fine and the installation went smoothly, but since the purchase was done at Best But, as opposed to downloading directly from Microsoft, I sadly discovered that neither Microsoft nor Best Buy will accept responsibility for any problems. They just point the finger at each other.

So far so good with this Microsoft 365 Personal 12-month subscription. We are using this on our HP desktop PC (all our other products are iPhones and iPads). Not really happy with the subscription price, but we can't really use our PC without it.

I can now create and delete various lists and so many other things. Everything is very professional looking. I had no idea how easy it would be by using Microsoft 365!
