The product is a good one but be aware if those hackers when I was installing I was some how redirected to a number to call It was Indian hackers trying to access my laptop

I enjoy using my Microsoft product. I am a college student, so this helps me with doing projects through Microsoft word and powerpoint, which is a necessity to have in college.

Needed this commodity product but found out Best Buy has a bundle offer that included a year free of Webroot and a wireless mouse all for $100 less than just the O365 renewal!

I'm not sure where to stand on this. On the positive side, all the programs I've used work fine - or do with Microsoft support. On the negative I'm undecided on the subscription basis. Through my purchase at Best Buy I was supposed to get Geek Squad support. It lost all my Outlook contacts, and Microsoft chat restored them and gave me another month on my subscription ... only to get notice from Best Buy that because I "purchased" the extension from "someone else," my Geek Squad support was cancelled. So which is better ... Microsoft or Geek Squad?

Setup was a nightmare, I ordered online and had to digitally download. Best Buy gave me a code but the code kept inaccurate After a week, it was finally set up

I did not notice this was only for 1 year or I probably would not have chosen it over the full purchase. I will order the full purchase next time.

I purchased the office 365 for my daughter. It is very easy to manage and maneuver. My daughter finds the system very easy to operate. Great purchase.

I picked this up in a bundle deal that included a wireless mouse, kapersky internet security, and Microsoft Office for only 50! MO365 normally costs 60-100 alone. I like the new UI and design of MO365.

It is Office. If you haven't used any Office products before, welcome to modern times. It is what you expect. Set up had a few glitches for me that were easily fixed with patience.

Like all the basics tools. They are a necessity. Hate all the windows 10 msft push notifications. Am a Google fan and don't like bing and cortana etc. Just stick to the programs I installed.

I had a lot of trouble activating my new Office since I apparently created an account years ago and all of my info has changed so it didn't recognize me. Thanks to the Geek Squad I'm up and running...

The activation cards didn't work from MSFT that were supplied by Best Buy. Didn't work when the Geek Squad tried other activations. Purely a MSFT problem. Got an install at MSFT store and all was good!

I was really pleased with the customer service at Best Buy. I did not know about the software and the representative explain everything to me. She was very helpful. I am glad I made the purchase.

MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 HAS IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS. I WOULD NOT GO WITHOUT IT. IT SYNC'S EMAILS TO ALL MY COMPUTES AND ANDROID DEVICES WITH NO PROBLEM.

I had 365 family, but switched to personal because I was the only one using it. It has all of the features of office and a great value for the money.

I bought as an addition to my new laptop at the advice of sales rep. Did I really need it? I don't even knowhow to use 99% of it. I'm not very computer literate. LOL

you HAVE to buy this to do any business, as in word or excel spreadsheets. it's a monopoly on the business, they could charge a million dollars if they wanted...sad...

Well where do I start, without this tool I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish anything I needed to get done. Got it for a great price ($20 off) which sweetened the deal!

I could not function without this. It is essential for my work. I love the auto renew because I don't have to think about it. Peace of mind is priceless.

So incredibly complicated to use and Copilot is a totally unnecessary and annoying add on, which is almost impossible to remove.
