Bought this with my Toshiba laptop for school. At first i was skeptical about not using the disc for install. So far I am liking the automatic updates from this form of office. Just really getting into this product.

I like Microsoft 365 for its new features. I will continue this subscription after its validity.

Purchased this product for my wife for use on one of her computers. She has been very pleased with it. The invitations for our annual Christmas party were made utilizing the software and they turned out great.

I can't imagine owning a Windows computer without Office, so this was a no-brainer. This is my first time with the 64-bit version, and I appreciate the extra speed and processing power in Excel.

The Software is good, put the sales person is not good. He talked my wife int to buy the software by lying to her that the computer do not work without this doftware, even he was told that we have the family version of the 365 software. When we try to return it , we whete told that it is not possible. Very bad sales tactics.

Attacked and shut it down only used computer abou 6 times

The Office 360 gives me many options to choose. I use outlook and word for work. I can do scheduling, reports, memos alk from home. The kids use it to help with school work.

It does everything that my work Outlook does, and I can sync them both up. Buy I pay for the service and much pay $50 annually. And that just kind of sucks spending $100+ up front for the software.

It's office, not much to say. It works properly, as software is intended to do. The only complaint I have is that it sends you multiple daily messages about joining automatic renewal. That's annoying!

Best Buy sent me an activation code to download and install the digital Microsoft 365 on a brand new laptop i bought together with this product. The code did not work. Called severally but no tech was able to fix the problem. I returned the product to be refunded. It's been over two weeks and I'm still waiting on the refund to hit my account..

Glad that I didn't have to purchase this separately as I use Office all the time. I haven't figured out how to get Outlook working, but it's not that important to me as I just use my Gmail.

Purchased this in store. I tried to upload it to the laptop but the code will not work that was printed onto the receipt. Unfortunately I am out the country when I tried to do it. Hopefully I will be able to either have a credit for the purchase or have another code when I return to the states. Disappointed.

I didn't realize that this was an add-on. It is been a while since I purchased a new computer and the Best Buy team helped me choose what I needed.

The windows system is something everyone has to have. I like the yearly subscription because you get the new editions every year. It is kind of costly at initial purchase.

To be honest, it's sad that Best Buy didn't price match this with MS site. I still bought it cause. oh well did its purpose.

I was a little skeptical about the download process, but it couldn't have been easier. I received an email with all the instructions and download was a cinch. The Microsoft Suite doesn't disappoint!

like that it is auto renew just wish they would send email before they take the price from your card without you realizing it.

This is something we received with our purchase of the 21.5" iMac with Retina 4K display - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive. It's nice having the Office applications on the Mac.

Trying to return this item is very difficult and they make it so hard the time outweighs the value. No simple chat or return tab like most items. Disappointing.

Needed to purchase as Microsoft discontinued my word program. Now it is a year renewal program ie Norton Security. Thought that was pretty gutsy of microsoft to mess with their customers that way!
