Had my inquiries misdirected when I was trying to get to MS site to enter purchase key. First listings that appeared were abusive sites that were doing scams to get disk scanned.

This was a great buy! I bought it to use for school and it was not a disappointment. I will be buying another one for 2021 to use!

I purchased this yesterday and have yet to receive the product key. If i would have know it would take this long I would have just purchased the software from Microsoft. I wanted to use my Best Buy gift card . Been on hold for an hour :(

I'm a fan of subscription services, so this for me is the way to go. I do not like however the process to get the account setup with Microsoft. Adobe's account management is far superior.

windows 365 is terrible--had I known more about before I bought I would have not. In particular they really screwed up Windows Outlook.

Been using this program for over 20 years. I couldn't get along without it. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook are all you need for your projects!

Purchased software for my IMac. Wanted to be able to access my work documents from my IMac. I needed a little assistance from Geek Squad to install but all works well.

I received 3 months free with this product. I honestly can't tell you too much because I just installed it.

It brings everything you need. The only bad part is that you have to be subscribing every year. Maybe they can create one to last more than one year

While not a knowledgeable computer user I have become reasonably proficient with the use of both "excel" and "word". Both are essential tools in running a small business !!

The gold standard in word processing. Necessity for everyday people. Love the added cloud features, although I doubt much work would be done on our phones and tablets.

Obviously you need this software to perform the task like using word and excel. I hate that you now have to update this software annually.

The product itself is fine, its just not what i wanted. I wanted a 1 time purchase with no subscription and i would get my own virus protection. The salesperson ended up selling me a subscription that i have to pay extra to geek squad to set up properly.

MS Office contains all the tools essential for every user. I miss the days when you could buy the software and not have to pay annual subscriptions, however!

My kids use Google docs for school projects because they have to. It just doesn't come close to the quality of Microsoft Office. Worth the money to buy a fully-functional product.

Has everything in it for student and working from home employees. Wish it could have been a lil cheaper but for a year I guess you can’t beat the price.

It's Microsoft and you need it for your business environment. Best Buy was able to send this code with my laptop purchase which was helpful.

The bad rating is completely the fault of Microsoft not best buy. Bought this through best buy, and had Microsoft help switch my subscription to this yearly version instead of my monthly version. Microsoft cancelled my yearly subscription that I paid for at best buy without my consent and refused to refund my money because it was purchased at best buy. I do not blame best buy for this. It is the fault of Microsoft and their awful customer service.

My first up grade for Microsoft office since 2007, everything is good so far only bummer is it has to be renewed every year, I’m good with renewing every 10 years

The only problem was outlook, would not connect. Microsoft tech supporters found the problem in under 20 minuets. Very impressed with the supporters service.
