Can't go wrong with this affordable Office 365 pack that comes with the purchase of your MacBook Air - don't forget to ask for it!

I bought this when I bought my brand new laptop. I got a good deal on it. Came with Microsoft word, power point, excel, etc. I would recommend this product!

I had an excellent tech who set it up and explained everything that I needed to know. I will definitely purchase other products in the future.

This is a good product, but I have had some issues downloading or scanning documents into files. They don't show up Unless I go back and save on my computer in a second step.

I am still having difficult getting this software to load on my new Dell desktop. I've been unable to talk to a real person at Microsoft - all I get are automated "try this" suggestions which don't work. Unfortunately, Microsoft seems to have the market cornered and unhappy customers are a very low priority.

why pay for this when its for a single year only and the iMac came loaded with comparable software

I bought a laptop and also a Dell all in one desk top. Geed Squad did not install the 365 program on either machine. I will NEVER use the Geek Squad again. They were not respectful nor helpful and acted like they did not have any time to specifically help me. I had to go out and spend $575 to get a person to help me with both the Dell desktop and 365. And, I know that 365 is not installed on my Dell all in one desk top and don't think that it is installed on the laptop either. They could only tell me what they were not allowed to do for me.

Loves this product for the whole family and makes life at home easier when you have all the Microsoft apps you will need

Easy to manage subscription. Also very easy to download software onto the computer. Got a great deal when bundled with my new laptop as well!

Was recommended but didn’t realize it was for a single person. Returned and bought the family version which best fit my need.

Unfortunately overpriced IMO but a necessary evil. MS is just one of those products you can’t really do without but overpriced. Not the fault of BB

Been using office for probably 20 years now. The program never fails me. 4 stars just because it's always expensive, and you have to renew your subscription yearly.

Not a Fan of Subscription based Software Cost never seem to go away I prefer just buying the software once but it seems everyone is going this way

After loading this, I had to contact Microsoft in order to let them erase it from my computer because it infected me with a nasty virus.

I wish the MS suite was part of the purchase of the computer, but still a great deal to have all applications at your finger tips!

Received great pricing for this program when bundled with other qualifying items. Great for my Grandson taking courses onthe internet.

I've use Microsoft office for many years and this one doesn't disappoint. Still think software in general is too expensive but that isn't going to change anytime soon.

The Windows 8 front page takes a lot of getting used to. I am still learning. I don't think this is an improvement, it is cumbersome to use

Product updates make it less useful and less user friendly.
