MS Word randomly starts crashing and won’t work. It is advised not buy from 3rd party vendors but rather Microsoft directly - although I’m unsure if that tidbit really matters. Nothing has fixed this problem & I have resorted to using my old HP laptop rather than the expensive bells & whistles MacBook due to this.
