Bought a new laptop, and was sold the Microsoft 365 subscription with it. I was reminded by our company IT that I already had this subscription through One Drive which applies to up to 5 devices. I went to return subscription and a mid aged girl with long black hair informed me that they couldn't return it. It had been a week. I returned home, called Best Buy corp number, and they quickly apologized and refunded the purchase. It had not been activated of course. What the Midland store could have said was they do not HAVE THE AUTHORITY to refund this! Ridiculous that they give you false information. Very unprofessional and sad. She gave me no suggestions and had the opportunity to tell me to call. I usually like the sales person in the store that I get help from. I am guessing Best Buy here doesn't trust their own employees. The subscription was only under $100. You can return this! Just not here in Midland store!!

The onliine version which is what this is, I believe, is terrible! I cannot save to my desktop or do many of the things I am used to. I understand having to have it in documents if wanting to use from another computer as well, but you need to be able to then place on the desktop. I don't want to search through a bunch of documents just to find one! I have files, can normally go to that file, and easily see my document. There is way too much "wait time" the way it is. I am trying to find a desktop edition but have had not luck as yet.

Service by Ag was excellent. She was speedy, knowable, and friendly. She was able to install the program swiftly and with great accuracy as well as give me some basic instruction on how to use it effectively. Ag is a real asset to the Geek Squad technology and deserves a promotion and pay raise.

MS Office is excellent for what it is, but I also wish it wasn't so expensive. I got lucky and got this for free with my new laptop so if you are in the market for a new system, it might be wise to wait for this to be included so you can save some money. It's also only a 1 year subscription... I don't know what happens after one year exactly (does this stop working entirely?) but I guess I'll find out!

Love the software This is so convenient and accessible. I made the right choice in buying his product. It has made the transition from my computer directly to the iPad so efficient. It has all the software I need to address the assignments and task that will help enhance my productivity.

Microsoft 365 Personal application package works like a charm. Has all the capability needed to manage personal needs. Great transition from a Dell work laptop environment using Microsoft Office.

I really resent not being able to own the software I am running on my home computer. Having to renew annually, leading to perpetually paying for software that you need to "run" your life is very annoying (to put it nicely). The product itself however is still excellent!

I bought this product for my Mac Book Air and I love it. It was easy to set up, no problems at all. Buying the laptop itself was quite a big expense so I loved how I could buy the year subscription and save some money now. This was a flexible way for me to get everything I needed all at once. The program itself is just as easy to use as previous Office products and again I've had no issues.

I use this product on all of my computers. I bought this subscription for my Wife's new computer.

Office is such a standard for anyone who is a business professional, I am just not sure about the whole s/w subscription process yet and whether or not I will end up spending considerably more than in the past. At home, I rarely upgrade software like office, not that important to be running the latest and greatest. We will see.... That said, was easy to get started and get it up and running.

I have used this product before and found it to perform very satisfactorily. The purchase went smoothly and as did the install.

This products works great doe what I want. I am mainly doing word documents and spread sheets.

Great when it works. Word, Powerpoint, and Excel are useful in daily work.

Due to, in my opinion, windows 8 being awkward to use I was worried 365 would be too. It runs just like the older versions but it allows you to access it online, store files in a cloud, or just work offline. There's nothing to adapt to other than that (and it's an optional feature). Good price for everything it includes. There's no installation disk to worry about. Just sign up online and enter your verification code.

I love the microsoft program well worth the price paid.

Its the best thing to have on my newly purchased Del Laptop. smooth easy functionality on y laptop with all the well needed features.

Works perfectly, no issues. Price was affordable and I am happy I purchased.

My Microsoft 365 product has been a godsend for my handling a family member's death. I 've used many facets of Word and it's options as well as Excel to file the many documents required.
