They cancelled the computer and won’t give me a refund on software that I cannot use. Terrible customer service. 5+ hours trying to remedy issues with order.

As far as I know, you will need this for Windows 10 to use your old email address. You need Outlook to use your old email, and that comes with this program. Im not impressed with Microsofts decision to do this but the program isn't bad. I only recommend this to a friend because of the need for email. Please do more research in regards to the email issue.
