the office subscription is a great option to keep up to date with all your office programs rather than buying new disks etc yearly.

Still learning my way around. So far I am satisfied. It handles my documents from previous versions very well. Look forward to learning all the ins and outs.

I had to used the previous product - 2011 version. The 2015 version is much improved and has more applications to work and are in a more logical format me.

Was unsure that I wanted to get an online version office, was worried about lag time and slow response, but I've been surprised that it works so well.

Had a little trouble loading the software. I called the Microsoft support team and they got me going.

Microsoft Office gives us the tools we need for many business and personal projects. The 365 deal is new to me but I'm looking forward to the upgrade next year.

Office 365 works fine as it has for years. The problem is that after you pay for it, you don't own it as before! Everything is stored on the cloud, but you don't always have access to the cloud, so what do you do then? It's just a way to make you think the software is cheaper but in reality Microsoft is getting more from you for the new leases every year and eventually from your 'cloud' storage fees!

Not the best or easy to use I wouldn’t recommend this just buy whatever you need separate not the all in one package

CODE DOESN'T EXIST as per microsoft. REALLY BEST BUY? I got this card from BestBuy Clovis. Didn't activate it right away and when we did, the code is invalid. We wouldn't have suspected since the silver area was intact. But why? we were happy to have gotten a free office 365 and then this happened? Why were we given a bogus card?>>

This product always has a notice that something is wrong with my Microsoft account. I have to sign in constantly

Totally dislike Microsoft putting apps and other unnecessary programs, alerts, etc. on our small business computer. Windows 7 OS was superior in terms of navigating the system and its features. Unfortunately, it seems we have no choice but to suffer the invasion of this stuff all over the PC, including something as simple as the opening window/desktop screen which keeps changing despite my attempts to stop it.

Everything works as expected. Although, I'm not renewing it because I can get Office through my school account.

It came with the computer we bought. After subscription ended I went with open office for free.

This was easy and fast to install. I have used all programs and I have no complaints other than I wish this was cheaper.

tech support for office was horrible. I paid renewal through bestbuy but office keeps saying my office was expired. Felt like a tennis ball between Microsoft and bestbuy who took more than a week to resolve a simple issue
