In case you aren't aware, there are Office versions that only require a one-time buy. Our line of Office 2019 products digitally download to one device and provide you with the same great experience as Office 365 with a select number of Office suite apps. If you aren't planning on using this really on any other device, I would recommend just paying more upfront than having to pay yearly for this. It will cost you much more in the long-run.

One of the best benefits of Office 365 is that you will always have the most recent version of Office, and won't need to repurchase when a new edition of Office is released. Another great benefit that comes with Office 365 is 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage. We just want to make sure you know all the benefits you are getting with Office 365.
