I purchased this on 12/6/2021 & still cannot access it!!! Absolutely no help from the Geek Squad after multiple attempts on the phone & in store. Referred to Microsoft & still unable to speak with anyone!!! Totally useless!!!

Until I went to install the software and it wouldn't register because it was not activated online. I called and they could not help me. Now it is two weeks later and I have to go to the store to validate my online purchase. Terrible service. Not helpful.
