It is not user friendly it is so complicated to use. They make u set up all your electronics on it and force you to put in to much information just to install. They need to make it user friendly. Simplify. You know keep it simple.

Microsoft does not support this because they say Best Buy is a reseller and all issues have to be addressed to them.

They sent me a link to download it. When I did, it showed the wrong email address for it, so I clicked on something to change that, and when I did I lost the files! I downloaded the files from the App Store, but it appears to be free versions?? It’s all very confusing and frustrating. I should never have bought this. I already have an Outlook account, which is free, and all the other programs I have on a Microsoft Word ‘97 physical disc that, although Microsoft no longer supports it, it works just fine on my Windows 10 desktop.
