I called best buy and was hung up on after holding to speak to someone for 45m. I emailed tp inform about my experience and asked for a refund. Now this survey? Thanks for the reminder. I will go to the nearest best buy for my refund.

Thanks for your review. We wanted to let you know that your Office 365 Personal subscription does give you access to Publisher on computers. All you need to do is log into your Office 365 account and install it.

Ordered this as a free option to another purchase but beware if you install it overrides an existing Microsoft suite of products.
