Trying to cancel renewal through Best Buy is impossible without having to call and wait on hold for an extended period of time. Will never buy another Office suite again.

The directions to reveal the product code said scratch off but the area wouldn't scratch off. It was a security type tape over the numbers. Pulled the tape of and half the numbers came off with the tape. Now I have to either deal with Microsoft or go to a store and try to return the card I have for a new one. Aggravating.

For the price, you might as well spend the extra $100 and get a permanent software application for your lap top instead of renewing it yearly. I returned it unopened (did not scrape off the code covering) and bought a permanent software for $149. Makes more sense and "cents" to me.
