But I got my kids laptops a few weeks later, and got them the version that can have five users. Before you buy personal, which only supports one user, look to your future needs. Even though it was only a week later, Best Buy does NOT allow refunds for downloadable software purchases, even if they have not used the code.

I think it may be incompatible with my operating system because it freezes up all the time. Had to uninstall it and revert back to an older version of OFFICE because I wasn't able to get anything done thanks to the freeze ups. Newer is not always better.
