It is now June 14, 2021 and I do not have item, can not get connected to the correct department to address non receipt. I tried to download item and received an error message. Again worst purchase ever do not buy this product.

Setting up Outlook was a chore, and still does not work as it should. Excel is no longer as user friendly as it once was. Since MS has the monopoly on word processing and spreadsheets, I suppose there's not much I can do about it.
