Defective out of the box

Neither the keyboard or touchscreen worked. Every experience along the way to resolve this just got worse and worse.total incompetence and absolute lack of quality control. Do not buy Dell from Best Buy.

I would rather use Google for everything but I didn't have a choice with some of the files because I couldn't open them on the computer. I think the price is ridiculous for 1 person as well. As soon as I am out of school, this will be gone.
